Constructed of silvered feinzink, the obverse with a leftward-facing profile of Hermann Göring, circumscribed by an inscription of “DER OBERBEFEHLSHABER DER LUFTWAFFE, REICHSMARSCHALL HERMANN GÖRING” (“THE SUPREME COMMANDER OF THE LUFTWAFFE, MARSHAL OF THE REICH HERMANN GÖRING”), the reverse with a central Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, circumscribed by an inscription of “FÜR AUSGEZEICHNETE LEISTUNGEN IM TECHNISCHEN DIENST DER LUFTWAFFE” (“FOR OUTSTANDING MERIT IN THE SERVICE OF THE LUFTWAFFE”)
Non-maker marked it measuring 75 mm in diameter
and is in good condition with some loss to the silvered finish
