Eisenhower's D day Letter to the Forces

A very good example of the inspirational letter signed by Dwight Eisenhower, Supreme Commander, Allied Expeditionary Forces and handed out to all allied participant service personnel on the eve of the Normandy landings.

Measuring 23cms x 15cms the letter is marked on the reverse L.A.C. Lander P. Pocklington 1944 June with a similar, but perhaps later added dedication to the obverse, To. LAC . J. Lander 102 Sqdn. Bomber June 1944.

The letter is in very good three times folded condition with no rips or tears.

Now becoming very difficult to find in this condition and nice to see a named example.
