A well used but true Luftwaffe Afrika Korps Belt and Buckle, the Buckle bearing the remains of the early DAK olive green paint.
Approximately 92cms in length, the cotton webbed Belt is complete with its steel catch and cotton webbed tongue, the Belt itself showing wear in places along the upper and lower edges.
The steel Buckle shows minor wear only to the high points on the eagle with traces of olive green paint still remaining. On the reverse the paint is much more obvious, with the makers initials N&H (Noelle & Hueck) and 1942 date clear.
Worn by Luftwaffe Air and grounds crews and of course the fallschirmjager in North Africa
