An early Kriegsmarine Cap Ribbon for wear by enlisted men on the sailor’s Cap ( Mannschaftsmutze) and constructed with machine embroidered golden wire lettering on (in this case) a 142 cm long ribbon cut to a shallow swallow tail at each end.
Very good undamaged and perhaps unissued condition.
