J1 Luftwaffe Pilots Badge in Tombak by Juncker.

Without doubt the most desirable of the Luftwaffe Pilot’s Badges are the so called 1st Pattern J1 by Juncker, with the distinctive thin wreath, as I have here.

Pre war, and constructed with a silver plated Tombak wreath and a chemically darkened nickel silver eagle, this example is in very good condition.

Showing just the right amount of service use and without damage, the typical Juncker pin setup working perfectly and without bends to the pin.

Weight 31.95 gr.

A very nice example.
