An excellent and perhaps unissued example of a 1940 dated British Pullover Aertex Shirt for wear in tropical and warm climates.
Completely free from damage or stains the Shirt has a four button opening, two pleated and flapped patch pockets and removable epaulettes with Khaki drill slips to a Lieutenant Colonel in the Royal Engineers. All original rubber buttons are in place.
An interesting feature of the shirt is the contrasting colour of the pocket flaps, collar, epaulettes and cuffs.
The Shirt measures 43” at the chest and is size marked 4.
