A rare chance to purchase an original and unissued Commando Service Certificate issued to the Commandos shortly after the cessation of hostilities in WW11
Measuring 215mm x 160mm the Certificate is in very good condition with one horizontal tear o the left side measuring 12mm and with some slight soiling. The facsimile signature is that of Major General Robert Laycock Chief of Combined Operation between October 1943 – 1947.
The Certificate is of course original and was at one point part of a Commando grouping.
