Model L1A2 Australian Lithgow Bayonet manufactured from 1957–1984 at Small Arms Factory, Lithgow, New South Wales Australia and used extensively during the Vietnam war.

Bayonet release button is classic raised L1A2 design. 2 rivet steel grips and pommel. The pommel is stamped D 019 which is unusual for an Australian Bayonet

Overall condition is very good. Bayonet fits the British FAL - L1A1 SLR Rifle

No5 Scabbard with round frog stud and web belt canvas frog with stitching, snap strap, and web belt hanger dated 1970, all again in very good condition.
