A very large (110mm x 105mm) Luftwaffe Navigation Chart in Mercator Projection with Isogonals (lines of magnetitic variation) for 1938, the chart itself produced in in 1939 and updated to the “status of the ground organization in 1941”.
Showing the British Isles in their entirety along with the coastal areas of North Western Europe from 10 degrees East out to 20 degrees West in the Atlantic, the chart has a laminated or rubberised finish to allow plotting with a wax pencil.
Features include safety heights and ocean depths, RDF stations and airfields on mainland Europe.
Folded for carriage, the Chart is in very good condition and larger than any I have come across before.
