An excellent pair of Zeiss 7x50 U Boat Binoculars with a serial number of 57568 and part of a batch of 6000 produced between 1941-45.
These have the original smooth exterior finish showing just the right amount of service wear. The rubber armour is in perfect condition and are the original factory parts.
Once in my own collection these are the best example I have ever seen. The lenses are crystal clear and in perfect collimation, the rain guard (or so called Benutzer cap) is an original piece with light surface crazing to the rubber cord.
Under the right rubber armour the shoulder plate is stamped 57568 blc and 7x50. I have not lifted the armour for pictures as this why nearly all original armour has damage. These are of course guaranteed to be the markings.
Complete with their original neck strap these are perfect for a U Boat display or recreational use.
It would be difficult to upgrade these U Boat Binoculars
