An unmarked and virtually mint example of a 1914 Iron Cross Second Class complete with case of issue and independent ribbon.
The Cross has an iron core and silver frame, the core with absolutely no loss to the finish, the frame with all the original frosting.
The case is no less pleasing. It has a black velvet insert with recess for the Cross and padded faux silk to the inside of the lid. The outside shows minor wear only.
A lovely example
