An exceptional rare 1943 dated copy of the RAF Signal Manual Part 1V.
Complete with all 7 sections and amended through to 1947 this original copy spent the war at RAF Dunsfold in Surrey and came directly from one of the wartime radio engineers stationed there.
Covering numerous types of RAF Radio receivers and Transmitters along with a vast amount of other equipment, perhaps the most generally appealing Section is Section 6 which covers Microphones used in aircraft and offers extensive information on the illusive Type 19 and Type E Microphones along with the 21 and 25, three of which are nicely photographed with the D Type Masks.
Overall condition is very good with all sections, as far as I can tell, complete and with an extensive amount of diagrams and black and white photographs.
