Without doubt the finest pair of Zeiss Kriegsmarine “Smooth Ocular” 7x50 Binoculars I have ever seen.
In almost as new condition, the textured Rauhlack finish has just one small area of loss on the right side. The prism plates and objective rings retain virtually all their original factory finish as do the smooth eyepieces, the eyecups without damage.
Optically they are excellent, crystal clear and with the lens coating intact and certainly perfect for recreational use without the need for cleaning.
Complete with their neck strap and with the right shoulder plate marked 7x50, 2224988 blc these are part of a batch produced in March 1942 for the Kriegsmarine
