An extremely impressive German Pewter Beer Jug standing approximately 315mm in height, the body decorated in relief with the arms of the German States and oak leaves, the hinged lid with the head in profile of Wilhelm 11 Deutscher Kaiser.
A thumb spur to the lid is used to hold open whilst holding the handle and pouring.
The base is stamped 10, Kayserzinn and 4095.
Overall condition is excellent with no damage.
