An absolutely textbook example of a near mint 20 marked Iron Cross First Class by Zimmermann.
Complete with its correct case the cross is in exceptionally nice condition, the iron core without loss to the finish and the frosting still bright. Of note are the edges to the arms of the cross which remain sharp and without wear, this piece perhaps never having been issued. To the reverse, the typically thin pin is stamped 20 as you would expect.
The Case is in very good condition but with one diagonal crease to the top right hand corner.
