A very good Kings Crown example of an RAF Air Rank Officer’s Cap Badge as worn during WW2 by Officers above the rank of Group Captain which of course includes Air Commodore, Air Vice Marshal, Air Marshal, Air Chief Marshal and Marshal of the RAF.
Hand embroidered in a gold bullion on a black wool backing; the badge is in excellent condition with light toning to the bullion.
