Far more difficult to locate than the buckles are the Kriegsmarine Man’s leather Belt.
This nicely marked example is in very good condition, the leather strong and still supple and completely without damage. It has however been field shortened which involved trimming the buckle end and moving and stitching in place, the tongue.
The maker’s details are no longer discernible, but the Kriegsmarine property mark is clear.
Rare to find and a good match to the following buckle and tab I will be listing.
The belt is now a perfect mannequin size measuring 37”, 94mm from end to end.
