Krim Shield by Wurster

Formerly part of the Gordon Williamson collection is this very nice early Krim Shield by Wurster with the far less common round pin fittings as opposed to the more common flat prongs.

This example also has original dark green cloth backing which still shows some of the threads which once attached to the sleeve. The dark green backing is usually a feature of much earlier pieces as the regular field grey cloth backing for any shields was almost universally adopted.

Very good undamaged condition.
