A very appealing theatre made example of a pair or Royal Flying Corps Pilot’s Wings.
No doubt produced for wear in the Middle East or Egypt, the wings have a wingspan of 95mm, the fletching nicely picked out in a contrasting black thread against the white silk threads of the feathers.
All hand embroidered on a Khaki cloth backing, the RFC monogram within a wreath with the Kings Crown atop.
Overall condition is very good
