A wreck recovered but very displayable section of a Hawker Hurricane Radiator which provided cooling to the Merlin engine.
Measuring approximately 33cms x 30cms by 11cms this is one of the middle two of the four radiator panels positioned vertically and housed in the large scoop behind the undercarriage bay.
Cleaned and now very presentable for display it has been positively identified as being from a Mk1 Hurricane, but its history has been lost with time.
