A good strong example of what I believe is a Patt 08/14 Converted Haversack, immediately recognisable by the addition of the two brass eyelets added to each vertical strap at the rear.
Whilst overall condition is good, the Haversack is rather dirty and has 6cm long area of re-stitching to the back right hand side seam. This shows well in the last image.
No sign remains of the ink stamping that would have been on the inside of the flap and it is therefore not possible to accurately date it. It is, however, thought that this modification may have been implemented in 1918 .
