A first pattern RLB (Reichs Luftschutz Bund, (National Air Raid Protection League) Armband of the type worn by officers up to a senior rank, when in civilian clothes or wearing overalls.

Constructed in a pale blue rayon with a white strip top and bottom and with the first pattern RLB emblem at centre machine embroidered in a BeVo style.
