Standing approximately 46cms in height and measuring 18x18x18x18 cms, this is the oversized 10Litre Trinkwasser water container.
Although use by all the services, this particular piece was used by the Luftwaffe, the base stamped with various specification along with the Fl. Number 30711.
Constructed in aluminum it is in very good overall condition retaining most of the original factory paint, the stenciling remaining discernable.
The carrying handle is in place and the lid closes firmly, the often missing chain and lock pin still attached.
