An embroidered and matched pair of British Airborne Pegasus formation signs showing the usual Greek hero Bellephon riding the mythical winged horse Pegasus.
Although free from moth one patch has a 30mm cut to its lower right corner, not visible when displayed or fitted to a Blouse. There is a slight loss to the cloth at the same corner
Both patches show signs of having been mounted in an album for display and it was possibly when being removed that the cut or split occurred
