Kriegsmarine Belt Buckle and Tab

Now very difficult find, this Kriegsmarine man’s Belt Buckle is constructed in die cast aluminium and complete with it’s leather tab.

The Buckle has a gilt finish which in this case has lost some of that finish and shows light service wear to the high points on the eagle. On the reverse the initials of the manufacturer, Richard Sieper & Sohn are raise from the casting.

The leather tab remains supple with all stitching intact and the all important stamps remain visible with the Kriegsmarine eagle and Swastika above the maker’s stamp and 1938 dated.
