A 2nd Model Luftwaffe Dagger by Weyersberg
A completely untouched example with well detailed aluminium hilt fittings showing little wear to the embellished pommel, crossguard and quillon surfaces.
The light ivory coloured solid celluloid grip is without cracks or chips with ten rows of twisted silver bullion wrap on the grip.
The blade is free from damage and exhibits very good cross graining without stains or darkening to the bright finish. Luftwaffe blue leather buffer pad is in place with the etched manufacture’s logo of Weyersberg still sharp.
The scabbard is free from dents or damage and retains a good degree of the factory greying, the only point of note being the internals springs which appear a little slack.
Overall a very nice example
