A scarce Royal Navy Officer’s Combined Operation Patch of the type thought to have been locally made for officers operating with the various Special Operations units in the Adriatic.

Hand embroidered in a golden bullion wire the Patch is in very good condition with slight fading to the wool backing and toning to the wire.
