A perfect match for the last listed medical officer’s Tunic, this late war Sonderklasse Medical Officer’s Peaked or Visor Cap is constructed in a high grade wool, completely free from moth damage.

Piped with the medical blue waffenfarbe, the crown show some light staining which shows well in the pictures.

An aluminium cockade sits on the green felt hatband above which is and eagle and Swastika in zinc.

The peak or visor is in black vulkanfibre with a beige underside whilst the officer’s chin cord is in the standard aluminium twist cord.

Inside, the sweatband is the late war faux leather which has become detached slightly on the right side. The lining is gold in colour with the diamond shaped sweat shield intact.

A large size of perhaps 59cms this is fine example of a late war produced officer’s Cap
